    You look amazing! I was looking for someone in the "same" boat as me ... I actually think its harder to find someone in the 300's. I'm looking to get down to 180-200 ... and you've set that goal. CONGRATS! I like that you told us how long it took. I get so worried because now that I'm 322, I feel like I won't lose weight over the course of a year (because my initial number is so high). You've shown me that it's possible for us "big ones" to look that great in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for sharing!

    I hate weight lifting because I have no upper body strength and the guys at work always tease me when I try to lift my 1 or 2kg weights :(
