Weigh in today, I really need to try and ramp it up for the next week if i'm going to achieve 160 by the end of July. Think i'm going to try and do lower carb for the week and see what happens, last time i did that for a few weeks and i lost 2.8 lb a week, also going to try and do the shred everyday this week i'm on day 7 of level 2.

Still the same, although it's a good thing because that means I didn't gain any when I went on my vacation this past week! Ready to lose these last 4 lbs pronto!0 -
Weigh in for this week. Needed to take things up a notch this week and i did try although still wasn't great on some of my food choices some days but overall stayed under my calorie goal, and i'm really pleased with the result.

Its 2 more days to go before july ends. my goal was to hit 175 by end of july, i am currently 177.32. I'll report back on sunday, if there are changes. Was a great motivation for me to stay up charged all through july. Thanks Kelly for starting initiating this.0

My goal was also 175 and I weighed in 177.4 this morning. If I lost 2 lbs by Sunday I'd be sooo happy!0

Well I was obviously too ambitious this month. Started at 189.5 currently 183.5 so total loss 6lbs. I aimed to lose 10lbs so was way off the mark. I gained 2.5lbs last week and spent this week getting that back off. Hey, 6lbs off is still good though so I'm not gonna beat myself up about it. Good luck to everyone else for your future success.0

Well, my goal was to make it to 151.5, but it looks like I was 2.5 lbs off this month... Didn't meet my goal.

My mid-month weigh-in as of today (7/17/11) is: 238.6
I weighed in this morning and I came in just shy of my July WL goal. Number was 235.2 instead of 234. Even though I didn't make it to my goal, I still don't think it was too shabby for a July loss of 12 pounds... especially when my TOM came like a thief in the night sometime late last night.0
