So how was everybody's 4th of July weekend? I think mine went pretty well ... had a bbq turkey burger and skipped the bun so I could have tortilla chips and salsa. Kind of bummed that I missed the fireworks, but I have a 19 month old and I was inside helping her sleep since she was a bit scared of all the noise outside!0

I'd like to join in, managed to lose 10lb in June but don't think that will happen this month so will put a realistic goal.

CW: 161.5 (Woo hoo! 2.5 lbs lost!)

My 4th was ok. I had BBQ for lunch and dinner but I swam at my aunt's, came home and mowed grass with a push mower, and did my day of P90X, so I think I balanced it all out, lol. I don't know for sure though because I'm going with what I weighed on Sunday because I didn't get to weigh myself Monday and now in one of the challenges I'm participating in we can't get on the scale all week so I'm really, really hoping for 182 this Monday!0

My 4th was ok. I had BBQ for lunch and dinner but I swam at my aunt's, came home and mowed grass with a push mower, and did my day of P90X, so I think I balanced it all out, lol. It's all about balance isn't it? It feels good to be active and feel like you've "earned" the right to indulge, instead of feeling guilty. At least, that's how I see it! :drinker:
I was down a pound today! Although it isn't my official weigh in day, so here's hoping it's not a fluke and it stays gone! I'm a little naughty and hop on the scale every morning, but only log it once a week.0 -
