            Hello Sweeties ... we are at the end of this mini challege excited to see whats next ;0) This one was a bit of a challenge for me some days were hard to do... doubled up on others!
 You all are an amazing Inspiration its a good feeling to know that some of how I feel I am not the only one and all we must do is keep on pushing!! Looking forward to being a Thinner...Hot Fall Knockout!! hehehe0

            I will commit to 50 lunges each leg, 50 situps, 50 jumping jacks and 0 push UPS daily. Knee and foot surgeries will prevent me from doing push ups. Total 350 of each.
 Tuesday 50 lunges, 50 sit ups
 Wednesday 100 lunges, 75 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks
 Thursday 75 lunges, 50 situps, 75 jumping jacks
 Friday. 107 lunges, 80 sit ups, 75 jumping jacks
 Saturday. 50 lunges, 50 sit ups, 0 jumping jacks
 Sunday 75 lunges, 60 sit ups, and 100 jumping jacks
 Totals: 357 lunges, 365 sit ups and 350 jumping jacks
 Please don't make me do this again. Jumping jacks are not for people with a weak bladder!0

            Good Morning Summer Sweeties ok even though I did not post here but I did complete my goal for the week plus started the 30day shred.......today is day 4 Level 1 and it getting a little better.................I can see you all did an amazing job keep it up0
