    Im in....
    It is thanksgiving here (Canada) and I am deciding not to go home or to my partners family diner.
    my plan is to stay on track ALL week end and workout to burn 800 cals a day.....

    Whoohoo! I have a follow up appointment with my Endocrinologist today to get test results...I'll fill you guys in after. I'm excited about getting my insides back to normal! :happy:

    It really is a migraine day... there is a guy in my class out of control and driving me up a wall!!!

    Rach. We seem to be about the same on our weight.
    Keep losing the weight purple. We will rock the boat next week.

    Okay I am going to set this in stone. My hubby is off for 3 days this weekend. I am going to set me some goals.

    Okay that pretty much sums it up.
    We are going to a bike rally in Redding, Ca Sunday so we will see how well I do.

    I'm just relaxing and playing some guitar. Tomorrow is my clean the entire house day so I'm preparing myself! :laugh:

    this was the first weekend that I didn't splurge on at least one meal - we ate out but I ordered grilled chicken steamed veggies and the like - YAY!! And the scale reflected it this morning

    I am back from camping and I intend to have a great weigh in tomorrow.

    I just bought the SHRED DVD!!!

    I can't wait to try it tonight!

    I love it.
    I didn't get my workouts in this weekend except for my treadmill on Saturday.:explode: :explode:
    I did stay within my calories though. :grumble:

    I actually did the Shred Wed, Thur and Mon and I walked on Friday and Saturday. I haven't exercised in YEARS but it's funny how good (mentally) I've felt about it. I definitely feel the Shred but with only 3 times noticed it was already getting "easier" Maybe by day 6 I can go without wanting to kick Jillian in the tushy!!

    I definitely didn't try as hard as I could've this week and I'm blaming McD's monopoly! :laugh: I am sticking to the Southwest Chicken sandwich though and feeding the fries to my bf and the dog. I'm still hoping to show some improvement. I KNOW I'll lose weight over this next week while I'm on vacation. I'll be busy chasing around my neice and nephew, along with their 4 dogs...and I think my sister and I will be doing P90x in the mornings! Can't wait! :happy:

    Good morning.

    I had a great weekend. Didn't get all my workouts in but stayed within my calories.
    Hubby went back to work today so now I can get back to my normal schedule. I love it when he is home but darn he takes up more of my time than the kids.
    Didn't go to the Bike rally in Redding. Ended up taking the kids to a pumpkin farm. And yesterday hubby and I went on a motorcycle ride with some friends. It was great. Just getting out keeps me away from the food. :happy:

    fatgotago- We all do at times. We are behind you 100%. Just forget about it and continue on.

    Chrissy- It feels great doesn't it. I love it too. I intended to do it straight through but haven't. But I am continueing to do it from where I left. I have 2 more days of lv 1 then on to 2. I haven't peeked. So we will see.:laugh:

    Rach- It is great that you are still doing good. Darn monopoly. Kootos to you. Have a great vacation.
