It is thanksgiving here (Canada) and I am deciding not to go home or to my partners family diner.
my plan is to stay on track ALL week end and workout to burn 800 cals a day.....

Whoohoo! I have a follow up appointment with my Endocrinologist today to get test results...I'll fill you guys in after. I'm excited about getting my insides back to normal! :happy:0

this was the first weekend that I didn't splurge on at least one meal - we ate out but I ordered grilled chicken steamed veggies and the like - YAY!! And the scale reflected it this morning0

I actually did the Shred Wed, Thur and Mon and I walked on Friday and Saturday. I haven't exercised in YEARS but it's funny how good (mentally) I've felt about it. I definitely feel the Shred but with only 3 times noticed it was already getting "easier" Maybe by day 6 I can go without wanting to kick Jillian in the tushy!!

I definitely didn't try as hard as I could've this week and I'm blaming McD's monopoly! :laugh: I am sticking to the Southwest Chicken sandwich though and feeding the fries to my bf and the dog. I'm still hoping to show some improvement. I KNOW I'll lose weight over this next week while I'm on vacation. I'll be busy chasing around my neice and nephew, along with their 4 dogs...and I think my sister and I will be doing P90x in the mornings! Can't wait! :happy:
