This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete 210 Push-Ups (ANY STYLE) this week. That’s an average of 30 Push-Ups a Day (does not have to be consecutive).

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Stay Under Your Sodium Goal

    bubblesburst: If you go to your settings for your food diary, you will find where you can change the breakdown of your food diary. It will always show calories, but you can change the others between fat, carbs, protein, sodium, iron, potassium, etc. Once you select sodium to be included, it will show your daily goal at the bottom. For most people it is 2500 mg per day.

    Didn't do that well on jumping jacks last week. But will try on the push ups this week. I think my sodium is generally OK, but am now going to start looking at it.

    I've been such a slacker with pushups. Started the 6 week challenge, did it for 2 weeks, then fell off the push up wagon. Time to push myself back up and onto that wagon!

    WOW, I joined this challenge because I thought it would be cool to see how many push-ups I did a day, but I didn't realize how MANY I was going to do today during my P90X Chest & Back workout . . .
