I got lots of push ups in for the past 2 days. I'm sad I can only do 4-6 real ones in a row. I used to be at 10. :frown: But I'll get there again. My sodium is still good too. I'm not a big sodium eater. All my foods are mostly bland. I just get high when I use tamari (wheat-free soy sauce) on the Asian dishes I make.0
