So I don't know what happened but I checked my weight this morning to see the damage with the weekend camping trip. I was down, a lot. I wondered if it was possible, checked it 3 times with the same result so I'm going with it.

That means I lost 3.4 lb this week. That NEVER happens to me. I guess that plateau wasn't really a plateau, just water weight? That puts me 0.4 lbs away from my goal. I'm hoping to have 2 more loss weeks to end this challenge strong.
Oh and I'm totally in for the September challenge. Challenges help motivate me.

It's all right. I'm stuck for a bit too and being driven NUTS by it. The same exact thing happened when I was 163.*. For some reason, the 1*3.* is my "get stuck" area. I can't wait to hit the 140s!0 -
