Heading back in the right direction now after two weeks of a small gain and then no loss. It has not helped my cause that I injured my back and have been unable to exercise which for me is the key to the weight loss journey. I am starting to feel better and am walking instead of more strenous stuff. I may not reach my goal but I am going to be a "loser" before Halloween.

Well another pound gone is good news to me!! 11.5 weeks to go and 10.2 pounds to reach my goal. I am working hard to stay on track this week... I'm camping soo it is trickyhope everyone is working hard to reach that goal, WE CAN DO IT!

So of course I was running late before I left for camping, so I’m gonna take last week as a skipped weigh-in week and just continue with my weigh-ins this Saturday

I had the same problem not too long ago. I think mine lasted for about 3 weeks and then I lost like 4lbs in a week. I'm hoping to lose some more by next week. I've slowed down a bit again. However I have been taking it easy just for a break.0

I was very pleasantly surprised to see a 1.2lb drop this morning. I've now lost 8lbs for this challenge and 16lb overall. Only 15 more to go. Whoo hoo!0
