    14.4 miles today. Rode to work and back home. Hoping to knock out as close to 100 as I can before vacation starts on Saturday. :)

    Rough commute to work today. I don't know if I was tired from the weekend or if was really as windy as it seemed. I knocked out another 22.22 miles for a total of 90.99 month to date.

    NICE pictures! I'd ride around to look at all of that. I am happy with my progress so far. 5 over the weekend, then another 24.5 tonight. I think I'm already over my total from last month (haha). Easy miles too when you're out with friends just enjoying the summer

    Went for a ride yesterday i felt i was riding through hell!. with the heat index it was close to 100. Anyways i rode 18.21.

    I had 60 planned for this morning. Wanted to get up at dawn to beat the heat but it stormed until 11:00 am. The temp was already at 85 with high humidity. I headed out to do some hill climbing. The first hill had an elevation gain of 800 and it did me in. With the heat, humidity and wind I decided to take a short cut no more hills and only do 40. The weather stayed ahead of me. At 21 miles I was out of water so I headed straight home and ended up with 26 today making my monthly total 212. To hit 500 I have to keep trucking or I won't make it.

    Had a plan to do a full brick today with a 1/2 mile swim, 40k bike and 10k run. Got the swim and bike in, but knee gave out after about 1/2 a mile running. Guess it still needs time to heal.

    I did over 500 miles in June but this month we have the AZ monsoons and dust storms so ive been doing a spin class 5x a week at the gym
