      Hello from yet another Brit!! I'm on the London/Surrey border.

      This site is an amazing help. I've just found the message boards in the last few days...I find the success stories v motivating.

      My favourite tool is the food diary. It is so easy to use. I've tried to keep paper logs before and the initial enthusiasm has always fizzled rappidly. This time I've managed to keep going for over a month and been scrupulously honest (not having to do all the maths helps). I've upped my exercise to get the cals to allow me the treats I don't have thediscipline to do without

      god no i think there is as much interest here as us i joined at just 2 weks ago approx and i have lost one pound last week and cant wait to weigh on sunday its a brill site with lots of help and encouragement from everyone welcome
