Hi- Does anyone know if there is a thread out there for weekly weigh-ins? I need to hook up with a group that will hold me accountable for sticking to my plan. I really need to lose the last 20 lbs and need some support. I dove off the wagon this weekend. I'm back on, but probably would not have gone so crazy if I would have had to answer to someone this morning. I literally gained 6 lbs in one week. My guess is that most of it is not "real" weight and will drop quickly, but that is what the scale said this morning and I'm logging it as real.

I love to exercise. I do Group Power three times a week and swim or walk the rest of the days. I love food and nutrition but am at a point where I look "good enough", so am not as motivated to make healthy food choices on weekends as I could. I have 15 yr old and 16 month old daughters and gained 66 pounds with the baby. I'm at 167.5 as of this morning and want to get down to 145 to save my back and knees some stress before getting pregnant with one more. I've had two back surgeries and my knees sound like popcorn when I go down stairs.

Ok, so does anyone know of a group on here that weighs in on Monday mornings? If not, anybody interested in starting one? Brenda

    Hi Brenda,

You should join our Biggest loser challenge. There are the weekly weigh ins with group and individual results. This has motivated me.
  • That sounds perfect. I didn't even know it existed. I'll do a search and see what I can find.

    Thanks!!

Of course I don't let you know who to check in with when I say join. It is in the Motivation and Support message board under any of the ones marked BWL or by team colors. The person to get in touch with is Canelitas. Hope this helps.
