    Ok, Im new here.. Is her "walking" exercise really effective. I saw her on fitnesstv. Il join you all. :)

    I think so, I was doing just either her 1 or 3 mile walks daily for my first month on MFP and counting my calories and lost 5lbs. I added in Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred daily and have lost 7lbs more. I think that any exercise is effective if you put your all into and try to do at least 30 min a day.

    I did it. I reached my goal. Last month I slacked off a little after I did. My new goal is to keep going strong!

    I think so-- I did it a few years ago along with the C25K and lost 30 lbs that summer.

    Her dvds are the only cardio I do. I do a little strength (not too much) . I started easily with 4 mph walks and worked up to 6 mph jogs. I am happy with the results!

    Monday I did 2 mile walk of the 3 Mile Power Walk

    I also do spinning twice per week and I don't get to walk everyday...but still trying
