    RED TEAM: burn 10,088 calories and do 250 situps!!!!!!!!! (as a group)

    GREEN TEAM: burn 10,125 calories and do 250 pushups!!!!! (as a group)

    BLUE TEAM: burn 9,875 calories and do 275 jumping jax (as a group)

    YELLOW TEAM: burn 10,433 calories and do 195 lunges!!!!!

    Jumping Jacks first thing in the morning! Then off to the gym, run errands, cook dinner, gym again. Walk dogs their usual 2 miles but do them one at a time instead of all four at once. Oh yeah! :D

    Wait a second... *grabs calculator*... 4 dogs... x 2 miles.... is EIGHT MILES with your dogs?!?!?! I think I would faint.

    (the calculator probably wasn't really necessary, I think my brain just broke thinking how long it would take my short little legs to walk 8 miles......)

    I think if I break it up through out the day, I can do it. Get up early and walk one at 6 am. Walk another when I get home from errands around noon. Walk another sometime around four. And the last one before bed around 9 or so. I *think* I can. rofl And for one day at least, I'm going to pretend I can so that I actually do it!

    Edit: Or... I can walk one or two of them sometime after midnight tonight. :D That would make it MUCH easier!

    Ha I got the pushups half of the push ups covered this week end I am doing 50 a day that I dont even count, So I think I will just add another 50 but at night, So if all goes well we will have 200 by sunday, I guess its time to count em.

    SWEET if your doing 30 a day and I can get 100 a day we will have our 250 by sunday, I do mine in sets of 10 during commercials Super easy that way

    Right now team yellow has 8 people but 2 of the 8 I have not heard back from so if I dont hear back by tomorrow that team will just have 6 which will work that way also. Each week we will start a new thread since this one gets pretty long so in the morning on official start day there will be a blank board to use!!

    yes, you will report to your team leader any weight that has been lost as well as inches lost and exercise completed

  • I am gonna do 2 weight in a week is that okay, I am doing one for me and my goals and one for the green time. I will do my weight in the morning because my scale is currently hidden because I am addicted to it.
