Where do you lose fat first

I would have to say all the extremities first. My head, neck, lower arms and legs. Everything else is shrinking but it's just taking longer for them to tone down!0

In my face, and the fat rolls in the upper back. The first thing people usually said to me was " your face looks thinner" then I gained it back! UGH! But, I am on the mission once more0

I seem to show the most noticeable weight loss at either end (head and feet) and carry weight longest around the middle/hips.:happy:0

shoulders and around my ribs and back.......love handles always last to go lol.0

my entire top half goes first, pretty evenly (face, chest, arms, back, top of the stomach) its the bottom half that sticks around (the "pooch", hips, thighs, butt). Just now, I am starting to see some loss in the bottom half, I think is mostly from 30 Day Shred, the squats & lunges are working!!!
Same here. Stomach, back, arms and face/double chin. lol. Almost to a Medium on top, but bottoms are still a 16(previously18)0 -

Everywhere... I gain weight pretty evenly. It is hard for me to even notice when it happens, so I guess it is good AND bad.
I read in another post that the areas you lose from are based on genetics. I am not sure if that is true, though.0 -
I lost it pretty much everywhere, but there are some spots, in particular my belly, that are hold onto their fat. I have always heard the last place you put it on will be the first place you take it off. Thus, the first place you put it on will be the last off.0

I actually have been losing pretty evenly throughout, thing is I have tons of fat in the abdomen area, so it almost looks like I haven't lost much there0

Waiste (yay) and boobs (boo).
I think my butt hasn't changed at all, but that's ok, better for the Zumba!!

:sad: I lose from the top and go dow. Boy....,how I wish it were the other way around! :grumble: There's a song out there for us fat bottomed girls!!! lol, But I soon hope It won't be my song.0

I am the same as you. I lose it on my stomach,love handles etc. I am a double d and would love to lose weight in my chest.
I always have to buy bigger dresses and get them taken in at the stomach,it is so annoying.0 -

My face, collar bone, thighs and waist are smaller. My chest is still 38DDD but i have always been very busty.0

My butt, thighs, hips have definitely gone first - my belly is smaller and so are my arms. My chest and face still look the same, which totally sucks since I am definitely an apple shape.
My cardio is focused mostly on the lower half, so that makes sense and my husband says its a huge difference from before - though instead of being wide and flat my butt is looking pretty perky. Just wish I could lose my chest!0 -
face, stomach. love handles, arms... everything else is the same size! not that that is a bad thing. i don't want to be skinny i like my thick legs and round booty. i lost weight where i felt there was too much fat.0

So far it seems like in my lower belly. I have these little indentations/dimples where it looks sunken in..weird...0

I've never noticed that I lose in my chest, enough to make a difference. Even when I am a small in clothing sizes my boobs still make it hard to wear clothes with buttons.
I love in my thighs, I think because of the elliptical. I lose evenly in my arms and tummy but they seem to be slow going. My butt never seems to go away0 -
