Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, not really.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Hell no. I spent the whole day with friends -- always a health hazard. lol.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Literally walked ALL day... must have been at least 5 miles or so.
What would I have done differently? Ate A LOT less, but I guess when you're so active, you need the protein.
What is today's personal goals? Eat way under my calorie goal, just to counteract the last few days. (Mostly because I'm sick of food.)

I'm back after a trip to California for my Mom's 80th birthday (who by the way is in great shape! Mom has never been a sit down kind of gal and she walks and swims when she is able) A true example of a Godly and balanced woman!!! Following the trip I went straight into a week of living at church with 51 kids and their chaperons who came into town to work for residents of our town who had needs. A wonderful busy week. I tried not to over-eat and kept busy, Goes to show I just sit around too much at home. :grumble: My weight actually went down a bit!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Drank a lot of water and nothing alcoholic at the the lake and was active

For the past year I feel like I am slipping back into my old habits (and I didn't even fully adopt good habits). UGH!!! Woke up feeling YUCKY!! Yoga helped. Time to get my mind back into the lifestyle that I want to live - healthy(thanks for letting me vent and thanks for your support :flowerforyou: )
