Today I'm eating low calories because I overate yesterday, so there's not much I can do about my fiber intake. But, I am more aware of what I'm eating and tomorrow I will looking out for my fiber more.

Hey Ladies... I've had kind of a crazy week, I weighed yesterday morning and was up 7 lbs from thursday... Long story short I know it's fluid, and last night when I weighed I was down already 3 lbs... I'll weigh again today and probably will have lost the rest of that fluid.... so back to normal, so I didn't record my weight b/c I didn't want it to be thrown off.... For some reason I'm just seeing this thread this week, and so I haven't been looking at my fiber at all... TMI but probably explains why I only use the bathroom once every 3 or 4 days.... heh.... :blushing: but I am going to try to get 20 grams in the rest of the week! There were some days when I went back and looked that I was only getting in like 7 grams... I need to now go look and see what is high in fiber b/c it surely isn't what I've been eating haha.... Thank you krys for this challenge!0

I usually track Fiber so my "Let it Flow" goal is going to be 21 grams of fiber a day. Which would be a total of 147 grams this week!

I dont usually track fiber but I switched so that I could My goal is going to be 25 g. along with the rest of the crowd. Hopefully this wont be to bad considering I am leaving Thursday for vacation. But I will continue to check in through out the time.

On Monday I set my goal to get in 20 grams of fibre a day... Today I am upping that to 30 grams, which I will find a challenge on the weekend since that is when I am out of my routine and am not too good with getting in enough fruit and veggies so this will really keep me focused.

My goal is to get between 25-30 grams of fiber each day, i have to track my have IBS and if i don't get enough it causes me a lot of problems. Thanks Krys for the summer challenge i'm really enjoying doing this, last week worked on the challenge didn't get it all done, had company all week and that was a challenge all of its own.
