All of the above remedies sound good, and I'll add one of my own. When I get them really bad, I'll switch out from a tampon to a pad. For whatever reason, when a heating pad/advil won't work, that will.0

Heating pad works best for me! i miss months at a time & they make up for the 1s i miss.
I used to miss months at a time til I found out I was on the verge of ovarian cancer... GET CHECKED OUT and you're 3x more likely to develop the cancer if you're overweight0 -
Another trick of mine is I take birthcontrol... it makes it all light and normal0
-
For me, exercise is the only thing that really works.. that and midol.0

Tears, complaining, chocolate, and midol.
Just kidding. I prefer ibuprofin to midol.0 -

Anyways, a heating pad or a warm hand always helps my stupid uterus calm down. Can't wait to get it scooped out..:grumble:0 -
Thanks for the ideas everyone! Ive heard working out helps as well but I workout in the morning so they tend to get worse through out the day. I will deff try some of these Ideas!!0

I usually take an extra strength advil. But I usually eat a banana, and it really does the trick. You can also try stretching or working out, it can ease the pain. (:0

Yoga helps me. That and a warm bath!
Just don't do any inversions!! (like a head/handstand)....bad for the body when you have your period!!0 -
excercise -walking, taking a B-complex and evening primrose oil helps me a lot and well, sex:blushing: -orgasm relieves cramps.. there are also 2 teas that my oldest daughter swears by.. they don't do much for me. both by Yogi- women's energy and moon cycle. if all else fails then go for ibuprofin and chocolate!0
