Whats for breakfast?

I love breakfast!! Gets me fueled for the morning. I usually have oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. Sometimes whole grain bread with eggbeaters and tomatoes.
This morning I had fat free cottage cheese with sliced fresh strawberries, double fiber english muffin, and a wedge of laughing cow lite. Mmm...0 -
If I'm home to cook, which is usually weekends, I make a spinach and veggie omelette with 1/4 cup of cheese. Maybe sautee one or two red potatoes.
Work breakfast- Oatmeal w/ craisins and 1/2 tsp. honey
or
Fresh Fruit (4 strawberries, pineapple wedges, and grapes)
or
Breakfast sandwich with protein and veggies
Or just water until lunch, if I havent done a workout to deserve the fuel.

All for around 300 cals, and it's a huge breakfast for me...0 -
I made a banana strawberries smoothies with greek yogurt this morning. Sometimes I add extra wheat protein powders to add more protein to the drink (not this morning because I had toast on the side). It's tasty and filling.0
