I walk at 3mph on the treadmill and jog at 4mph. is that ok to start?
absolutely...when I started the C25K you really couldnt tell much difference in my speed from walk to wog (a rrreeeaaalllyyyy ssssslllllooooowwwww jog), but over time I have sped up the walk and the wog and now I can run for a hour, but still not at the pace of a lot of people...but hey the old lady is out there doing her version of a run for one hour.....:bigsmile: love the program.....0 -
I have done Week 5 day 1! and during the second 5 mins i ran it straight through! EEEEEE!! i can't beleive im actually doing this!!!!! 1 min was bad enough before, now im completing each session with challenge and with ease! :bigsmile: :laugh:
