Lol, Kimby, it does get up there into the higher reaches, I'll admit.
It's also great for mowing the lawn. And everyone else's in the neighborhood. HOO-AAHH!!!! ;-)

So, I feel out of place because my choice of genre is very different. I decided to share anyway.

As you probably guessed, I listen to gospel music 90% of the time. When I was small child, I lost my mother in a tragic event and gospel music saved my life- it kept me from becoming an angry, miserable child. Today, I still cling to it especially when I need a lift. When I listen to these songs I go into a zone on my treadmill and it's a pleasant place. I feel like I want to keep running forever! Often times, my heart rate will go up to 170 or more and I have to remind myself to chill and get it back down to 150 or something. It's hard for me to go into cooldown mode too. Here is my top 12 followed by some secular music but also excellent for running in addition to some cooldown tunes:

The Lord is Blessing Me -Bishop Larry Trotter
God is Good -Bishop Paul Morton
    Praise Break - Donald Lawrence
Sunday Morning Medley - Georgia Mass Choir
Tell It - Geeorgia Mass Choir
    Oh How Precious- Kathy Taylor
My Time for God's Favor -Kurt Carr
There is None Like Him - Mississippi Mass Choir
We've Come a Long Way - Rev. Dwayne Mason
It's No Secret - Rev. Dwayne Mason
Thank Him - Rev. Dwayne Mason
Glory, Glory Hallelujah -Rev. Dwayne Mason

    Not Gospel, but good anyway:

Funk the Drums - The Bongo Man
Watusi Warrior Drums - Van Kampen ***This one is intense***
Doing It to Death - Fred Weslely
Forever My Lady - Jodeci ***Cool Down***
What Kind of Man Would I Be -Mint Condition***Cool Down***
