Didn't run across this until just today. Very good!! We train the same way... although I'm quite a bit slower. I have made slow but consistent improvements with this training schedule. Recently, per MFP "coach", I've made further tweaks which also have been helpful. So I am grateful for this wonderful tool (MFP) which has put me in touch with more experienced runners!! Thank you!!0
