Down 50+, thought I would see more of a difference

I realize this is a crawl, walk, run process, but I kinda thought I would see a bigger difference when i took this pic last night. Maybe the bowling shirt in pic1 is doing a good job hiding the totality of my "before" condition.

I see ALOT of difference! Sometimes it's harder for us to see the changes in ourselves, but trust me, they are there!

I think the reason your not seeing much of a difference is because A) its you and you never see it as much as others do and in the first picture you are further away from the camera than you are in the 2nd picture. If you were the same distance away instead of closer up I think you would see that you look much smaller! Congrats on your loss thus far and keep up the great work!

Can definitely see a difference! I know how you feel because I have lost over 50 pounds and I can't see it on myself either, yet others say they can, like what others are telling you, it is a lot harder to see it on yourself!

Take a good look at your face and upper body, we can see a huge difference. I thought the same thing about my weight loss of 65 pounds; I can't see a big difference but everyone else could. Keep up the good work.
