this sounds good!! but canned chicken sounds yucky... how many ounces of chicken is in a can? so I can figure out how much fresh chicken to use..

I just input the ingredients into the MPF recipe builder (which I know is accurate because I've used it for other recipes), and it comes out to 353 calories per slice, 15g fat and 1g fiber.
(and that is using reduced fat cheese). How are you getting 183 calories??

    According to MFP:
1/2 cup fat free Ranch dressing (kraft) = 200 cals
1/2 cup Sargento reduced fat colby jack cheese = 180 cals
Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough = 900 cals
1 can bumblebee premium chicken breast in water = 280 cals
Kraft reduced fat cream cheese - 8 oz = 560 cals
    Frank's red hot = 0 calories
Total calories in entire recipe = 2120 divided by 6 servings = 353 calories per slice.

i only put 1/2 cup of the sauce (the whole recipe makes 4 cups of sauce that can be eaten as dip) on the whole thing cause if you use the whole thing it's way too much. the original post says that at the end. :)

not really, but kind of? it's what you put hot wings in... you can get it in the same aisle of the store as bbq sauce but it's just a spicy sauce

Looks delish! I'm thinking about putting 1 cup of the buffalo sauce on the chicken to give a bit more substance. Has anyone tried this?

Ok thanks, I didn't realize we weren't using all of the mixture.. I'd probably prefer to just cut the ingredients down and only make enough for the pizza.
