The Italian cook and food lover in me rebels at the very thought of weighing food all the time. Unless I am baking (rare), I use a measuring cup and a tablespoon. Works swimmingly.0

I have gotten a lot better about weighing my food. Especially things like Chicken breast that is very likely more than the suggested serving.
I also measure out my food products according to the serving size, such as milk, peanuts, etc.0 -
The ONLY way I have been successful is by weighing my food. When I stopped and tried to "eyeball" it I gained. Obessive it may be but look at the alternative. (^_^)

Yes, definitely weigh it when home. When out you have to eyeball it. So I try to eat at home as much as I can.0
