Yes - absolutely!!! I feel so much better about knowing exactly what I'm eating, and how much!

The Italian cook and food lover in me rebels at the very thought of weighing food all the time. Unless I am baking (rare), I use a measuring cup and a tablespoon. Works swimmingly.

I have gotten a lot better about weighing my food. Especially things like Chicken breast that is very likely more than the suggested serving.

I also measure out my food products according to the serving size, such as milk, peanuts, etc.

The ONLY way I have been successful is by weighing my food. When I stopped and tried to "eyeball" it I gained. Obessive it may be but look at the alternative. (^_^)

Yep, I weigh and measure everything. My scale is my friend.

Yes, definitely weigh it when home. When out you have to eyeball it. So I try to eat at home as much as I can.
