Congratulations ladies! For making it this far! You all are awesome and it looks like we still have some great participation going. We definitely had some FIBER all-stars last week! Great job. And I was really happy to see that people who do not usually track their Fiber were doing so. And I really hope that everyone continues to do so, because it is SO important to have that Fiber intake up.

This is my final week of training before my first 5K, so I will definitely be running. Given that it's also the first week after vacation, I also need to do some core work, but don't want to push too hard and be sore during that run. So, all that taken into account, I think 2,500 is reasonable for me.
Happy to say that I did get some exercise in during vacation though - swimming, running, hiking, kyaking. Much better than sitting in an office chair.0 -

My burn baby burn challenge is 3500. I didnt do so well on last weeks challenge. I was left Thursday morning on vacation and didnt have internet access and it would have took forevver to log my fod using my phone. I am back at it strong.

My Burn baby burn goal is 600 calories per day, or 3600 during the week.
I might surpass this goal, but I would rather set a goal that I can attain, so that I don't get discouraged if things don't go as planned.

Last week was awesome didnt get my fiber goal but I got my *kitten* back in gear and I'm eating much better... I actually lost 1.5 lbs with TOM and all
This week I will exercise 6 days this week burning at least 400 calories per day...so I'm aiming for about 2500 calories this week ...0 -

I will shoot for 3000 cal burn this week. I wish my HRM was working I will be a lot of heavy cleaning this week.
My weigh in today is 148.8 lbs that is 6.2 lb loss this week. Most of it was water retention, but I will take it. I am soooo HAPPY to see the 140's again..0 -

The past couple week i've been burning abou 5600 calories and that was pushing myself everyday running and turbo fireing it up, but I'm going to try to push it because I want an awesome loss next monday!
