    Going to up my weekly goal again this week since I went over again last week.
    Week four for me....YAY! I am loving this challenge btw.

    Monday-burned 1066 calories doing 40 minutes vigorous stationary biking, 30 minutes strength training, 30 minutes aerobics

    My earlier goal of 3500 was waaaaaaayyy too light....I will be shooting for 5,000 calories burned this week...

    Mon: 1189 calories burned (84 minutes of Plyometrics on the beach with my trainer-w/ 1/4 mile jog to finish)
    Tues: 625 calories burned (9.5 miles of vigorous bicycling...14-16 mph)
