POSTCARD CHALLENGE 25!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's the low-down: Post your weight here, as of today (Wednesday 13th July), then work hard, eat well and on Monday 1st August post your finishing weight.

:bigsmile: If you are the biggest loser, you will receive a postcard from sunny (?) England!!!!!!!!!!!!:bigsmile: And the challenge will pass on to you!

I must point out that usually this challenge lasts for 2 weeks but I'm on my hols on 28th July (when the challenge should end, so you get almost 1 more week to get pounds off and shed inches!)

I'm starting out at 175lbs (although I won't be sending myself a postcard) and by the end of the challenge I want to aim to lose 2lbs.

These are some goals I'm going to try to stick to:

Cardio exercise 5 days a week, at least 30mins per day;
Stay within my calorie goals;
Drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.

Good luck to those who join! I will be back off my hols the last day of the challenge, so will try to message everyone here.

    Yippee!! My first challenge back after a long hiatus! I'm at 161 as of this morning and am hoping to be down 5lbs by Aug 1st!!

    Daily Goals:

    30 min of exercise
    8 glasses of water
    Keep within calorie goal!

    *no more then what calories mfp gives me and no less then 1200 cals

    *exercise at least 4 times a week 45 minutes
    *make healthier choices
    *stay on top of my calories.....log everything, drink water.

    ~dont have a set goal of what i want to loose, but whatever i loose , i will be happy!

    I'm in. 213.25 as of last night at my TOPS meeting. Would love to be under 200 by mid October, so maybe this will keep me motivated.

    I am at 282.6 (omg not at all good the direction I am going)

    So my goals are:
    + to do cardio at least 3 days a week
    +the shred/or other streght exercises) 2 days a week
    +And stay with in my calories!
    +Oh and I would like to drink 80 oz of water min per day
    +And starbucks only twice a week (this may actually be the most challenging part of these goals)

    I gained alot since my birthday (this would be about 30 lbs to be exact since March16th or so) I am up for quick fast losing (hoping to be back there before October) to get back to where I was-- If at at all possible. Really I would be happy to just be back in the 260's (where I was less than 2 weeks ago--big big gain over my period which is tapering off). If I could get back to where I was at the 71lbs lost my ticker expressed in the beginning of July at 268.6 (it's super sad to think that should say 56 lbs lost at the moment and the highest it once said was 86 lbs lost) -by August 1st---that would be beyond lovely--and a post card from England would rock :) high motivation!)

    Goals ~ get back on track, lose some weight (I don't care how much as long as that number goes down!), cut back on soda & coffee, and eat more home cooked meals.

    I'm in! I need to lose the Vacation weight I gained over the last two weeks. :sad: Thank goodness some of it already came off from drinking lots of water and cutting down the sodium again (I was soooo bloated!). My goal is to back in the 220's like I was before I left!!

    Starting weight for today: 235lbs.

    I did the same thing. Took a vacation with my BF and so did my diet! Gained 4.5 pounds in a week.. eww. Good luck to you!

    My scale says I'm at 172...but I think it's broken. But let's go with that and shoot for 3 lbs. by August 1st.
