Well so far so good, if I can just stay away from stuff like Mexican food & Chinese food (which always makes me gain like 10lbs of water weight! ) I'll be good come August 1st. So far down to 228lbs.0

i missed this challenge all together, was in Las Vegas for a week and lost a lot of money but gained a whole lot of wait, can't wait for the next challenge...good luck all, I will be watching for the new one!!!0

I'm in! Currently weighing in at 222 lbs.
Weighed in today at 215. So a 7 lb loss... pretty good! Not good enough for that postcard though =( Oh well, maybe next time.0 -

*stay on top of my calories.....log everything, drink water.
~dont have a set goal of what i want to loose, but whatever i loose , i will be happy!
