Butt exercises to build muscle

I have a flat & flabby behind, I have exercised most of my life and never realized how much I wasn't working those muscles. I was thinking about getting the Brazil Butt Lift dvd's, anyone have any reccomendations on that program or what is the best solution to build muscle back there :laugh:

    Slow lunges and squats are fantastic!! Hold a little weight when you do them too.

    Get the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs. They kick butt(pun intended)!

    when doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, you want to make sure you are working your butt and not allow your quads and hamstrings to take over the movement. Along with those exercises, I do leg curls, leg extensions, hyperextensions, jump squats, jump lunges. Feel free to look at my pics to see the results I got.

    Idk but my butt sure hurts from chalean extreme burn it off DVD I did yesterday!!!! Lol
