    Have you tried roasting your vegetables? I loved roasted asparagus, potatoes, onions, carrots. I drizzle a little bit of olive oil, add some salt and pepper and put them in the oven for like 15, twenty minutes and they come out soo good. works really well on the grill too.
    I second this! when you roast vegetables it really makes them taste good. at 375 for 30-45, just check them and see if they get a little brown. you can do this with all kinds of root vegetables, and cauliflour and broccoli. I think it's a good sign you like broccoli-you must not be too picky, I hate broccoli...

    I can totally relate. I like fruit but hate most veggies. I've had people tell me my whole life I just need to try them. I do try but its hard. My advice is that every food you love can be made healthier. Add me as a friend if you want. We can do a non veggie diet together. :tongue:
