How many grams of fiber would you recommend to eat daily? I usually eat 29 grams of fiber everyday, is that healthy? Too much? Too little?

I believe around 25 grams is what is recommended. Be sure and drink plenty of water! You are doing great with the fiber intake!0

29 is great. Most don't eat 1./2 of that because they eat processed food instead of whole foods, and whole grains. Keep up the good work!0

Depending on your needs you might need to take more soluble or insoluble fiber. If you have no special needs it doesn't really matter what kind you get. Here is a decent webMD article about it.

You are getting a great amount. I shoot for at least 35 grams a day. . . . when I up my calories to maintenance, I will change that to 40.0
