I know that I'm posting early, but my weigh in day is Friday. No way I could ever make my official weigh in right after the weekend!!!! I'm down 1.6 from last week, not sure if that is a real loss, or maybe I was just kinda bloated at last weigh in. Regardless, I'll take it!!!! Seven weeks for me to lose 8.2 pounds is totally doable! :bigsmile:

I'm still at 194.9 today *grumble* but better than a gain! I too will be on vacation next week, but I will still try to weigh in at the hotel gym, IF it's near my weight. Last time it said I weighed 10lbs LESS. I wanted to kiss it and take it home with me, but I knew it wasn't right *sigh*0 -

Slow and steady loss--I'll take it!! I've been on a plateau recently so I actually increased my calories by 250 per day (reset goals to 0.5 lb/wk loss) after reading that that sometimes will work on the forums, and the scale is finally moving again!0 -

I thought the rules were that we weigh in on whichever day Monday-Saturday that is our normal day and then post it before Saturday. I weigh myself everyday but I post my weigh-in for this group on either Friday or Saturday. Whatever works then!0 -
