That is awesome! So how did you do it.. what did you have to cut out and what types of changes did you make to your diet/exercise routines?

Thanks! I started March 20th & basically just started measuring my portions and logging everything I eat. I was amazed how much I was overeating once I started tracking my food. Other than that, I try to exercise every day, at least 45 min to an hour. I do P90X part of the time and other times I walk 2 1/2 or 3 miles. I do still treat myself once in a while but try to plan my day around it so I don't overdo it. I try to stick to 1200 calories a day regardless what exercise calories I earn for that day.

A very boring day at work for me today as well. I took advantage of it and went out for a 3 mile walk. I love being able to walk at work. As for the weekend, I have my kids so I hope to do some fun stuff with them. I live in Lexington, KY and the Fair is going on so we will probably head out there just to check it out. Tomorrow morning I hope to finish Week 4 of the Bridge 2 10K program (it is the follow up program to Couch 2 5K which I finished abotu 4 weeks ago). Only 2 more weeks left after that. And sometime on Saturday evening I hope to get in a 14 mile bike ride. Pretty exciting stuff huh? Sunday is a day of rest. Ahhhhh. Hope your day gets a little more lively and that you have a great weekend!

Sounds like a fun weekend! Hopefully won't be too hot.. this darn heat wave sounds like it's going to hit most of the nation next week... ugh!!!

And WTG on the C2K and 10K... you're doing great!!!

I wouldn't know what to do with myself if it was any day but Friday today, haha!
