  • I have a question about the Bodyfit media BTW I LOVE IT!!! When I got it 3 days ago I couldn't wait to charge it and put it on so I did 8pm. I state that because now I wake to it saying I have a Calorie burn of 639 and steps of 114 and I'm not even out of bed yet. Is this because I started it at night?

    And if it you can after answering that place in (Bodyfit media for dummies terms) explain the device to me or tell me of a good site bc I want to undertand it completely. Thank you all in advance. :)
  • Love reading everyone's posts on the bodymedia fit. I have one and love it as well... feel like this is invaluable info for me. I have been wearing the device for about two weeks and have been surprised by how many calories I burn. I have never had a day less than 3100 cal and as much as 4300 cal. This seems like a lot. I am a busy mom and we live on a farm, so I am active, but this seems like a lot. So... my question is about food. I have been having deficits over 1000 cal most days because I am nervous about eating that much food. I weighed this morning and have lost only one pound. Is this evidence that I should be eating more food? What happens when I have deficits over 1000 cal for multiple days?
