On her 30 DS DVD, Jillian says that if you have an injury that keeps you from doing lower body work, that you can still get a great cardio workout from punching moves (ie, the top-body half of a kick-boxing/martial arts type workout) - I've tried it a few times and it does really get your heart rate up - maybe look into some of that style of DVD workout, and just follow along on the top part.0
