i say i had a chinese takeaway last week, and went out for dinner on saturday, and lost 2 pounds when i weighed myself on sunday... so yes, everything in moderation!

I am addicted to sugar! I could not go without ever having ice cream or cake or anything else that taste magnificent. I agree that having it in moderation is ok. I've been eating healthier, but I've not been depriving myself of the things I love and I've still managed to lose weight.0
