    just wanted to say i made this for dinner on sunday along with salad and cantaloupe. my husband had no idea that it was not bad for him, and we both loved it. GREAT recipe. thank you for sharing!

    Hey all, made this for dinner last night. The whole family was loving it! I used one slice (cut up) of the pre cooked bacon instead of the crumbles and they loved it. I topped with 1 tbsp of homemade ranch dip and steamed veggies. They can't wait to have it again next week.
