I do zumba at home before work, then go to the gym after.
Basically because I don't have a whole lot of time otherwise.
I used to hit the gym before my shift,
but then I'd fall asleep at work.0 -
It seems like when I get sleepy I EAT!0

I run in the morning on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday....do Strength Training on Monday/Wednesday/Friday when my son is napping in the afternoon.0

9pm-6am, but I work from home, makes it harder NOT to snack, but so far so good. I usually workout when I get up in the afternoons. I find if I work out in the mornings when I get off I can't sleep, body still buzzing from the workout..0

Hey fellow night shifters,
just for curiosity when do you work out? Before or after your shift? I usually work 6 pm to 6 am and I get up around 3.30 pm to work out before my shift starts, when do you fit it in and why?
I work out when I wake up... thats when I have the most energy.
I eat my biggest meal in the AM or PM when I work nights then follow it with the gym. I find it works the best for me. I am sluggish if I go after work ...0 -
