1000 Desk Pushups Goal for the night

anyone else stuck at work want to join me tonight for the 1000 desk push ups? Rules are simple, Have Desk, do push ups. Place feet about 3 to 4 feet back from desk and do pushups with your hands on edge of desk.
spread the thousand over the whole night. I have 100 down already

    wow, impressive challenge! I've done 500 crunches in one night without thinking much about it. I was watching some of "my" shows and laid on the floor and did them 25 reps at a time. Then, I did 200 and 100 push ups the following night. Anyway, enough of me, good luck to you!!!

    100 down. Doing sets of 50. For every 10 done, you're 1% closer to being finished!

    haha, I started with sets of 50, but arms went to jelly at 200 of them... Now its do what I can. lol

    yeah, that set of 50 kicked *kitten*... lol, legs are soaked. i am going to smell really nice when I get out of here in the morning....

    250 down 25% baby, and its only 45 min in to shift...

    another set of 50 down! haha I see what you mean... these sets of 50 are getting harder each time! 850 to go... at least I'm wide awake now :D

    300 down... gong to be a long night. sets of 50 might be ending soon... lol. its just so nice to see the numbers add up quick though. maybe sets of 25? but I will try the 50 till I get to the half way point.

    Nice, you're banging those out quick! 50 more down for me, which puts me to 200 now (20%!) Sets of 25 are starting to look good honestly!

    you can do it, I have 350 down. push ups and chest have always been my strong suit though. I am shooting for 500 in the first hour. I have 15 minutes left...

    50 more down. Same here, but my triceps are starting to really feel it. As time goes on this doorway is starting to look much smaller! GL!

    I so want to get in on this but my coworkers would prob look at me like i was high. Maybe at 4am when i get sleepy I'll try to do at least 100

    300 down, I'm not sure how many more I'll be able to do as the night goes on haha. It's my 4th day back after a almost 2 month break ;P

    750 down... getting there... that last one was a b!tch but I got the set done. lol... this is great burn though...

    so since these are desk pushups I am going to go with the .5 calories per pushup as I am a heavier guy... so this will be 500 calories for me burnt by the time I am done....

    850 down... I am not looking forward to the drive home in the am. lol granted I am only going 2 minutes to the training center to workout but the ride after that is going to suck.
