Heading Back to the gym today. Its been a while but I am aiming for the 60mins 3x a week. But I should I eat those extra cals that I gain from the exercise or just stick to the 1200?0

This is just great!! I'm a little late to join. My anniversary is in Nov.12th and so want to loose 20lbs by then. I weigh at 240.6 . I walk 3 miles 4 to 5 days a week. I need friends to help me along. I wish you ladies the best!! If you can spare one more it would be great.0
