    I get a little testy when people of non-mixed ancestry (one race) refer to themselves as "mutts" or reply to these threads.. sure, you have got a lot of countries in there, but they're all Anglo/European! How's about let us mixies have some shine.. js.

    My mom is from California and is Scottish, Irish, German, Welsh, Russian-Polish/likely Jewish and Native American.

    My dad is from Hawaii and is (Azorean and Madeiran) Portuguese, Norwegian and Hawaiian.

    I am about 45% Portuguese.

    Dad: Ukranian & Italian (Calabrian)

    Married and have 2 daughters who are half African-American (with some Native American Seminole as well) - they are the true Melting Pot kiddies of the family! [proud daddy]

    My grandparents on my mother's side arrived from Wexford, Ireland as Children, met in Boston as teenagers. My dad's side is hard to trace and many were in prison for various crimes, one was even hung as a horse thief. Best we can determine, the family originated in England and migrated prior to 1800.

    My boyfriend has blond hair blue eyes, I can't help but wonder what our kids may look like!

    I'm very fair skin with blonde hair and blue eyes. My husband is Italian, very dark hair/eyes/skin tone.. and our boys are super handsome!!! Both have dark hair and darker skin tone than me. Our oldest has my blue eyes and my youngest has brown.

    Perfect combo if you ask me! :happy:

    My father is Puerto Rican - of Spanish, specifically Catalan, and French decent.
