    I weighed in this morning at 204.5 but I'm not counting it yet. I just did my usual weigh-in yesterday, and want to keep on track with that, so I will weigh in next Saturday and count that. I won't belive that pound and.a half are gone until then. :) Keep it up everyone!

    I work so much that checking in on a regular basis (work in a classified environment so dont have phone or computer access 12-16 hours most days) but I DO have some great recipies that are super easy.

    Hi, folks. Just got back from my workout - 60 min (including warm-up and cool-down) on the elliptical, what a great burn! Will try the squats later tonight.

    160 Calorie Strawberry shortcake

    I like to make angel food cupcakes for the base so you can store individual servings

    1 container of cool whip free
    1 package of jello fat free sugar free white chocolate pudding made with fat free milk
    5 cups of strawberries (or other berries)
    Angel food cake (or cupcakes)

    serves about 10

    make pudding according to directions... let set
    cut strawberries into quarters let sit to soften
    either make angel food cupcakes or cut premade cake into 10 slices

    when pudding is set, mix with cool whip until blended.

    set up
    base of angel food cake
    1/2 cup strawberries
    8 tablespoons cool whip mixture

    If you cut the cupcake in half you can have a two layer shortcake.

    Most people cannot tell the difference and to me is better than the original shortcake recipies. and its pretty. LOL

    Hi I'm new to this .. I downloaded the app on an ipod a couple of days ago and I saw this before/after picture on pinterest and followed it here! I'm taking it as a sign. I have been wanting for ever to be below 200 and I would love to join if i'm not too late.

    Happy Monday Morning to Club 200!!! I'm very excited to have this group and the extra support to finally break the 200 mark! Feel free to add me as a friend too.

    Although we haven't officially started yet, I wanted to share my Monday recipe with all you wonderful folks while I'm on here.


    Garden Grilled Veggies

    Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Onion, Asparagus, Cherry Tomatoes, Pepper, Mushrooms and whatever else you may want to add....

    Drizzle w/ Olive oil and salt & pepper to taste

    Grill on med high heat until tender.

    Enjoy!

    so how does this work? do I just add you as friends or do I first have to be accepted to join in? I just finished my workout today.. 30 minute cardio and 30 min strength training. wheeew.
