Speed Rope

i bought a speed rope today and i'm so excited to use it, however i am not sure how to include this in my exercise routine. how long should i be jumping rope for? I like trying new things since i cant really get into staying on the tread mill and im changing my excercise routine ever 5/6 weeks to keep pushing my body.

    5 minutes is an eternity at first. Maybe shoot for sets of :30sec until you reach 5 minutes.

    Once you get good at it, the sky is the limit. It only took me about 10 sessions to get up to 30minutes. Your calves will only scream for the first 28 minutes. LOL
