    Yes...every friday the new week will be posted so people can get what they will need that weekend and get ready...and monday starts the new challenge and it dont end till sunday night!!

  • My happy thought for today is I feel great. But that is not really a thought. So I will go with I have beautifull red hair.
    By the 24th my weight loss goal is to be 218. 6 poundes that isnt pushing it to much. I should be able to do that.

    **My happy thought for today is that I am proud that I didn't eat the cake that they had at church yesterday. It was Chocolate with a Chocolate mousse frosting. :noway:

    I am so inspired by you who lost 76lbs. Don't quit keep going. Change up you exercise plan or increase your time. You will get over your hump. We all have those humps. You should be very proud of yourself. We are!!!

    Well. I have been using this website for a year. Untill this aug I was doing amazing. I was down to 133. Now I am at 140again exercising 4 to 5 times a week. I usually do really well on weekdays. But I don't know what goes through my head on the weekends. I just binge and eat sugar pretty much. I need to/want to change this. So I am in on this challange. My bday is coming up in 5 weeks and I wanna be down to at least 135 by then. I wanna join this challange. I only drink water or tea. I don't eat fast food. my biggest weakness is sweets. If I subtracted the sweats I eat out of my diet I would be the skinniest person alive. Lol. I am in on the challange.

    :angry: :angry: :angry: Today has been hell...for one last night me and my bf got into a hugh fight and i didnt talk to him till this morning at 6:05am...so we went to bed and didnt say much and neither one of us got good sleep...I started my women thing today...I didnt get to walk today b/c my sister stayed home sick and too young to be byself!!!!!:angry::angry: :angry:

  • Today is a whole new day!!!!!! And I have really been thinking about my life changing move I made on 11-10-08...and I'm not gonna stop till I have made my life a healthy happy one!!!! So how is everyone...its day 3!!! and I have drank nothing but water!!!! thats awesome for me!!!!!

    I have to report that i didnt do so well so far, I went out with my brother in law and well i drank coke and had shots but i did include 6 glasses of water. At least i tried.

    Happy thought for today- Im just happy to be enjoying life again.

    plus I have fought wid my love...n things r not ok as yet...:frown: its 1 week for the fight 2de...but 1 sec...did i say i fought????:huh: He did!!!:ohwell:

    This challenge of drinkin jus water is pretty easy for me...coz i do it everyday otherwise too...I have completely quit aerated drinks includin sodas!! :drinker:
    But the last two days, I have been so glued to my desk at work dat I have hardly had even water...:frown:

    The water part of the challenge is not a struggle for me, it's all I drink.:smile:

  • My happy thought is that I went out to lunch today (pizza, i know...bad) but the combo came w/ a soda......BUT I got water instead! Even though i really wanted one! So hurray for me!
  • can I join? I'm sooooo in need of motivation right now and I love this idea of a challenge (like drinking nothing but water...can be pretty tough when u're a college student but I'll do it for the sake of the challenge)

    and this happy thought is also a great idea. I'm joining this challenge cuz I feel crappy (just posted on my blog why)
    so I'll just say: I love my tattoos and I met some nice people today which is cool

    happy thot for today: i managed to drink a lot of water even thou i was busy with work!! :drinker: also I jus had my morn tea...n skipped the evenin 1... Hurray!!! :drinker:

    Happy Thought "Will be goin to Hip Hop class tonight after 2 months break so kind of excited"

    I have been working out an counting my calories since 2 weeks(after a long break of 2 months)
    today checked my weight lost 2 pounds*Hurrraaaaaaaaay):blushing:

    2more to go untill Thanksgiving but aiming 3-4 lbs

    I have had nothing but water! Woohoo! :laugh: I am not even craving anything else. This is huge for me . . . I used to drink SO much Mt. Dew. I had no idea how many empty calories I was consuming.

    Happy thought for the day? My new job is going great and I love it. :heart:

    Yesterday I had hot chocolate oops. Today is a new day.
