    weiner schniztel is a pork chop pounded really thin, dipped in egg batter then bread crumbs, then fried in butter. You then put a nice healthy peice of lemon on it to break up some of the grease.

    Ok. I can take with me the knowledge of what weiner schnitzel truly is AND I really do want some now.

    i've had schnitzle in germany... jager schnitzle is amazing... it's regular schnitzle covered in a creamy mushroom sauce!!!

    I am in NYC with my 3 grown children, who have gone out to celebrate my daughters 21st. I am alone in the room...and think WOW I am in NYC...go down stairs. It is 2 am....the streets are crowded...times square is a block away....I walk and enjoy the crowds and the fact I am alive and awake at 2 am!

    I see a street vender and being naive think "Chicken is better than a hot dog"
    WRONG! :grumble:
    I was better by noon......but the kids didnt even notice, they didnt get up till 3!!!:laugh: :laugh:

    Damn straight, I feel younger with every pound lost. I have 3 ages 20, 17, & 14 and when we go to NYC we always stop at Times Square for the FOOD and then off to Brooklyn for the PIZZA and then off to The Bronx for the Puerto Rican food. All I do is eat when I go home 429.gif
