    good for you, well done :bigsmile: i finished mine 2 but it was while i was in plateau so only lost 4 lb at the most but i should have measured myself at the start coz i did drop down from a size 10 to an 8. Ive just ordered burn fat, boost metabolism so thats my nxt one 2 start when it arrives. :bigsmile:
