    clean up done , and the gym hasnt killed me yet
    takes some getting used to
    i still do 100 push ups and 150 situps daily m-f cant seem to break that habit
    they told me the machines work the same parts but i told them i got this way by doing just that
    no machines or weights
    so i will see in a couple of months what happens :tongue:

    Good for you with the push ups and situps. I try to do those on my off gym days but of course my son decides that is the time to play and climb all over me!! hehehe!
