Well... I started back in October... When putting on my coaching shirt for my Son's football team involved lots of streching material and me holding my breath the whole time. I hated it and that damn shirt... So here it is starting and along the way to today...

I need to thank all of my friends on here for helping me every day! You all inspire me and push me to get my *kitten* to the gym when I don't want to... or run longer then I ever thought I would... skip treats, desserts and even drinks to keep my calories in place for the day!

    Wow! You look wonderful! Great job! And how the heck do you post pictures in your posts. I can't figure it out. I wanted to post some biking pics after my ride the other day and just couldn't do it. I'm computer challenged.
