I am 5'2" and my measurements are 40/44/60 (pear shape) and I weigh 240lbs. (I just started on my weight loss journey)1

I am 4'11" I weigh 110-112 pounds
My measurements are 35-29-35.
I feel like my waist should be 24-25 for a true hourglass figure; but don't think I can achieve or want to achieve that.
I do think I can achieve a 27 inch waist and that is my goal. Will re-post when I make it0 -

I'm 5'1 and just starting. I don't know my full measurements but my bra size is about a 45D and my belly/waist is even larger. I wear size 20W pants. 240lbs and 57% body fat at the beginning, now 233 and 56% after a month.0

I am considerably larger as well. I am 41-32-40....5'1 hoping to lose 40 pounds but I am stuck on a plateau for two months now. I am so discouraged and have just come back to MFP in hopes of jumpstarting this journey again. Feeling very frustrated and wondering if there others out there that are in the same boat or have been and how did you get out? Thanks:ohwell:1

I am just under 5'2" and I am 138 (aiming for 125). BF is 26.8%.
Chest is 33, waist 29.5, hips 39- slowly all of these numbers are getting smaller
I started out at 160, 42.9% BF, 34 chest, 33.5 waist, 41 hips (17 months ago)0 -
37.5-29-38 (I wear a 34D).
I love seeing old threads where I posted and now I'm smaller.
I'm now 35-25-351 -
Wow GNAT45 - Now I'm going to have to change my goal for my waist to 25.
Congrats to you! That's what I would call the perfect hourglass figure. How'd you do it?0 -
I'm 5'1" and currently at 165. I started 30 pounds heavier and we all know that is not good on a 5 foot person!
Amazingly, even after 30 pounds down I have kept my 36D ??? I don't really have any other measurements but I have went from a tight 14 to a loose 10/12 depending on pant. My shirts were a large or xl and now easily a med. Lots of 30 Day Shred for the middle!
My goal is to get back to my pre-Wedding Weight of 130 and my post kid/divorce weight of 130. LOL!!! That is a very good weight for me since I have a stocky muscular hourglass build. If I drop too much below the 125-130 I am told I look Too Thin and not healthy.1 -
61.25" tall, and I *believe* my measurements are now 36-25-36 (not sure about the hips,it could be 37). I wear between a 30DD and a 30E bra, generally a size 26/27 jean (US size 2-4). I have absolutely no idea what my bf% is and I'm somewhere between 125 and 130 lbs (I'm in a fitness competition until the 3rd wk of November, so I'm holding off on official weigh-in/measurements until then EEK!)
feel free to add me, I need more people to support/more people to support me in my journey to getting fit. xxx1 -

Wow GNAT45 - Now I'm going to have to change my goal for my waist to 25.
Congrats to you! That's what I would call the perfect hourglass figure. How'd you do it?
Thanks. I did it through portion control and watching carbs (but I don't limit fruit) and jogging or riding my bike.
Good luck!0 -
